Hey there guys 😀
I’m a huge fan of bright, fun, and rich eyeshadow shades but I’m also a lover of the neutral and more toned down colors. They neutral colors are great for naturally enhancing the eye shape, creating soft and delicate eye looks but they can also be worn to create gorgeous smokey eyes. So I thought I’d share my favorite neutral eyeshadow palettes that can achieve the more subtle soft looks and also the sultry smokey ones.
The Lorac Pro is at the top of my must have neutral palettes. It consists of half mattes and half shimmery shades from light to dark. Every shade is pigmented, smooth and blendable. Love this guy and almost always take it with me when I’m traveling as its great for multiple looks and possibilities.
Big surprise that some of the Urban Decay Naked palettes are on my list. The Naked original is amazing!! It’s full of warm shimmery shades with a few mattes that can transform any soft day look to a sultry night look. The pigmentation, quality, texture and blendability of every single shade is out of this world.
I also really enjoy the Naked Basics palette. Its comprised of mostly matte shades and one satin shade. It has all the basic colors you need to create a neutral eye that can be amped up with the help of the the dark brown/black. This little guy is amazing to travel with its so small and compact and has everything I need for a complete look (Click here for a full review with swatches).
The Stilla In The Lights palette is one of my new editions that I got during the summer. Again another gorgeous neutral palette housing a range of shades and finishes that can create both day and night looks.
And to round off my favorite neutral palettes is the Sleek Oh So Special. It has a few more colorful shades then the other palettes, like the pinks, yet they are still very soft and natural. I love the mix of mattes and shimmers plus the quality is amazing at a great price point (Click here if you want to see some swatches).
As you can see there are an array of neutral shades ranging from your typical nudes and browns to pinks, gold, bronze and burgundy. Either way you can never go wrong with a neutral look. Its classy, sophisticated and timeless and really allows the natural beauty of the eye to show through. Do you own any of these palates, what do you think, what are some of your favorite neutral palettes?
